Leadership. Growth. Transformation.
Executive and professional coaching for leaders in transition.
Book an Introductory CallTransition is what brings people to coaching. Transformation is what they leave with.
A new role, a stalled one, a decision you keep putting off. I work with physicians, academic leaders, and executives at these points, when the skills that built a career start to feel like the wrong tools for the next part of it.
For the over-functioner.
You're the one people count on. You say yes, fill the gap, fix what's broken, and carry more than your share, usually without being asked. It's a big part of how you got here.
At some point it also becomes what keeps you from the next step: too busy holding everything together to lead, decide, or change direction. Coaching is a place to set some of it down long enough to see what you're carrying, and choose what you'll carry next.
Twenty years of helping people grow into the role.
I've spent more than two decades as a physician, educator, and academic leader. Much of that time went to helping other people step into roles they weren't sure they were ready for. Coaching is the most direct form of that work.
I'm a Professor of Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
